Spice Powder Processing Machine For Malaysian Client-Shirley

On Jan, 2023, we just ship out one 20ft container to Malaysia, our client purchased the BS-400 spice grinding machine and BSST-1200 vibrating sifting machine for making 10-40 mesh mixed spices powder. Followed is the picture of machines.

After confirmed about the requirements of spice powder processing machines with our client, we recommended our BS-400 spice powder grinding machine, since spices with high oil content occupy a large proportion, like coriander.

Our client also sent us some samples for making tests on the spice grinder machine, below are the photos of mixed spices and crushed spices powder.

The BS-400 spice powder grinder machine needs to replace the screen mesh to change output powder size, we tested samples with 1mm screen, and there are about 80% spices powder being passed through 30 mesh screen. After our client received the powder sample, they finally placed the order. It also can work with the conveyor and sifter machines to reach the automatic production.

About the package for big machines, we will disassemble the machine into several parts, then use the winding film to wrap each parts of machine, finally we will fix the machine inside container with steel wires, like the picture below.
