BSL Series Double Shaft Paddle Mixer

The BSL Double Shaft Paddle Mixer Machine is equipped with 2 horizontal paddle shafts, there are paddles on each shaft. Driven by the directly-connected reducer, 2 paddle shafts rotate reversely to make paddle move fast. The rotating paddle generates centrifugal force during high speed rotation, spilling the material to the upper part in the barrel, then material falling down (the vertex of material is in a so-called instant non-gravity state). Driven by the blades, material is mixed back and forth to make it evenly.
If the material is large, the mixer can add shear blades, then the big material can be broken up, scattered, obtained satisfactory mixing effect via the shear blades in a relatively time.

Safety net:
There is a safety net on the cover, so that operator cannot reach out arms into the mixer, danger can be prevented.
Paddle shafts inside the mixer: make the mixing effect better.
Seals on both sides of mixer: PTFE packing seals (packing) are adopted on both sides of our paddle mixer, so powder will not leak into bearing and powder leakage will not happen
Discharge part: Pneumatic valve is adopted to discharge material. Mixing dry powder or powder with a little liquid are applicable.
